Continental Sous Chef

Job Responsibilities-
• Primarily responsible for cooking and re-doing various menu items in accordance to job aids & SOPs.
• Operate and maintain cleaning of equipment and tools.
• Responsible for washing dishes, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment's etc.
• Maintains the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with the guidelines.
