Position: Zonal Head - Operations
Experience: 10 to 20 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Industry: Hotel & Hospitality/Retail/Resorts/Telecom/Consumer Products
Reports directly to: COO and Business Head, Hyderabad

Effectively interact with team and ensure high service quality to all guests and maximize revenue generation of spa outlets in East through successfully assisting the Managers.
Responsibilities and Accountability:
 Design and Implement the Sales plan for the Locations outlets and devised the business strategy to achieve the revenue numbers as set up by management
 Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly.
 Enhance the Top line and bottom line margin and increase the P&L of outlets
 Team management
 Responsible for P&L and total business generation of the territory
 Manage spa front desk operations team which includes but not limited to, staff scheduling, training, inventory etc.
 Resolve all guest/member complaints, to ensure guest satisfaction.
 Provide information and assistance to all staff and guests.
 Perform openings and or closing procedures as necessary.
 Lead the team including cluster managers in all issues relating to guest satisfaction, safety, and sanitation and spa profit maximization.
 Potential analysis of the New outlet opening in city.
 Execute new outlet operations and increase revenue market share
 Conduct employee evaluations and timely feedback by maintaining open communication with team members.
 Assist with marketing and publicity opportunities.
 Maintain effective relations with all departments at Airport/Malls/High streets/Villas
 Manage training and delivery of team members.
 Maintain industry knowledge and understanding.
 Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of O2 Spa Salon Pvt. Ltd.
 Perform all other related duties assigned by the Management.
 Ensure Guest, team and personal health and safety is maintained at all times, reporting any concerns in a timely manner.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
 Planning and organizational skills.
 Regularly joined field working and generate or suggest new ideas in his team.
 always implement the strategy at ground level by motivating, instructing and rise morale for the company sales and for achievement. so that the team can generate more business.
 should be excellent trainer with real and authenticated examples and should have good rapport in industry
