We are looking for;-

Personal Secretary to MD
• Assist in making a day plan of the Director
• Daily activity detail has to be sending to the concerned departments
• Take dictation from MD, draft email / letter, send to concern person & department.
• Make agenda for meeting and if required take the content from require dept. or person & make PPT.
• Arrange conference calls & record MOM and ensure the MOM is sent to all stakeholders with a follow-up plan.
• Arrangement for meeting, distribution agenda via mail.
• After meeting send MOM to concern department.
• Schedule weekly meeting every Monday.
• Send weekly plan
• Booking of tickets and hotels (Personal& official), and arrange travelling plan for MD.
• Daily follow-up with all department for pending task
• To monitor tasks delegated by MD to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines.
